ALFRED TESSERON ist Reputation wie Bordeaux-Urgestein zugleich. Wenige sind so charismatisch, einzigartig und visionär wie er. ALFRED führte als einer der Ersten den biodynamischen Weinbau in Bordeaux ein, er war der erste, der in den Weinbergen zur Reduzierung der Bodenverdichtung wieder Pferde einsetzte. Die „Nomblot“, konische eierförmige Betontanks setzte Tesseron als einer der ersten in Bordeaux ein, sowie 50 Amphoren zur Reifung, ähnlich denen, die neuerdings auch auf Carmes Haut Brion Verwendung finden, ständig sucht der Qualitätsfanatiker seine Erneuerung und Verbesserung.
