DECANTER: "Creamy herbs, green and red apples, oranges and truffles. Very hard to tell the grape variety from the nose. Filling and fleshy, bright and smooth, mouthwatering and fresh, succulent and just so enjoyable. Gorgeous density yet lightness, you get a ton of lemon and lime, green apple and soft bitter orange elements with saline undertones and a sense of energy and direction. It's a mouthful but leaves no trace of heaviness. Again, where the reds truly shine is the nuance at the end, and this has that. A few minutes later you're still tasting all the nuances and makes you think this is an excellent white Bordeaux. Refreshing, tangy, moreish and clean. Fabulous."

LISA PERROTTI-BROWN: "Les Champs Libres 2021 is 100% Sauvignon Blanc and it slowly unfurls to reveal delicate notes of lime leaves, yuzu, and citron blossom, opening out to nuances of sea spray, Marcona almonds, and wet pebbles. The medium-bodied palate is intense and racy, with citrus zest and minerally layers, finishing very long and zippy."

Ripe melon, honeyed flowers, lime zest, and a liquid rock-like minerality all define this beauty, and it's medium-bodied, with flawlessly integrated acidity, beautiful mid-palate depth, and a great finish. JAMES SUCKLING: "This is so delicious, with white peaches, sliced lemons and apples. Some botanicals. Medium body with a pretty density and length. Flinty and stony undertone at the end. 100% sauvignon blanc. Drink or hold."

Medium to full-bodied, satiny and racy, it's layered and seamless, its concentrated core of fruit framed by racy acids and a calcareous, saline finish."
