"The 2021 D'Agassac marks the final vintage overseen by Jean-Luc Zell, who has performed admirably at this estate. It possesses a fruity, elegant bouquet with aromas of cassis, blueberry, spring flowers and licorice, followed by a moderately weighted palate, a long, fruity and velvety mid-palate and a fresh, penetrating finish. Despite being slightly less fleshy than usual, it maintains its status as a reliable choice. This is a blend of 72% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot and 3% Cabernet Franc."
