JEB DUNNUCK: "Coming from the upper plateau (limestone) as well as the slopes (clay) of the appellation, the 2015 Château De Pressac checks in as a blend of 70% Merlot, 14% Cabernet Franc and the rest Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere and Malbec. It has a terrific freshness and purity, as well as rich aromas and flavors of crème de cassis, candle wax, graphite, and violets. With full-bodied richness, gorgeous purity, polished tannin, and a silky texture, drink it over the coming 15-20 years."
