Payment by bank transfer or through a notary trust account with bank guarantee 

Wines can be picked up on site by a forwarding company or by our UNGER WEINE specialists 

Use of special cardboard boxes that we produce and deliver In-house production 

Direct and discreet delivery in a separate receiving department under video surveillance in Frasdorf 

Send us a list of your wines (online please - see further down) 

After we have received your list, we will send you an offer without any obligation 

Once you confirm the offer, we will coordinate and arrange transportation with you 

If you have a larger wine cellar, we can provide a direct pick up service; otherwise we work with highly specialized transporting companies. All costs are fully covered by UNGER WEINE. 

Smaller quantities you can ship by post 

Please make sure the wines are packed perfectly to avoid damage to the bottles 

We will be happy to send you packaging materials at no extra cost 

Of course you can also deliver your wines in person by appointment 

We check the condition of the wines upon receipt 

Please note that the bottles need to be filled "into neck". That means, that the wine in the bottle needs to be in the neck

Please ensure that the labels are in a good condition – damaged, soiled or even missing labels will dimish the value of the wines 

The payment for your wines will be handled by a forwarding or package shipment company as soon as we have received the wines and checked their condition 

We also collect wines in person. Here you have the option of a direct on-the-spot payment 

If you would like to bring the wines to us personally, you will also receive prompt payment
